What is a Giclée?
A Giclée (pronounced zhee clay) is a French term for "a spraying of ink." It is an art form brought about by the merging of Art and Technology. A Giclée is a high resolution digital image of an original artwork that is printed by a state-of-the-art inkjet printer.
Burton personally does all of the color corrections and printing of his giclée images. His ability to adjust any part of the image results in a print with all the clarity, sparkle, and range of values of the original painting. His Giclées are printed on either heavy acid-free paper or on canvas.
